What Are The Elements of GST?


GST has 3 components: Central Goods and Services Tax or CGST, State Goods and Services Tax or SGST, Integrated Goods and Services Tax or IGST.

Who Requires a GST Registration?


All commercial entities and businesses that indulge in selling and purchasing services and goods need to register for GST. It is obligatory for organizations with more than Rs 20 Lakhs turnover ( for service supply) and Rs. 40 lakhs ( for the supply of goods) annually
